Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, delivery times may be longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. We are not responsible for sending information if no email has been added.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
